What Is An Ebook?

An Ebook is a book which has been written or converted to be distributed and read electronically. The most popular Ebook format is Adobe PDF (Adobe Portable Document Format). Adobe PDF ebooks can be read on any computer, using free Adobe Reader® software — regardless of the operating system, original application, or fonts.

How Can I listen to your Audiobooks?

The audiobooks we sell are in mp3 format. Mp3 files can be played on your computer using the standard audio player software which comes with most computers (such as Windows Media Player, Quicktime or Real Audio Player software etc.). You are also welcome to upload them to a portable mp3 player or burn them to a cd for your personal use.

I have not received my order.

Once your payment has been processed* you should automatically receive an email containing the download page link to your order. It will be sent to the email address you gave when paying. If you do not receive the email containing your download link within an hour please first check in your spam / trash folder, as non-arrival of an email is usually because the email provider's spam filters have mistaken it for spam. If it is still not there please contact us (if you have an alternative email address the order could be sent to please let us know it when contacting as that may also be helpful).

When I try to open my ebook it says that the file is corrupted. What Should I do?

The first thing to check is that you have downloaded the file completely. We give approximate file sizes in each description so please check that the file on your computer is approx. the file size expected. If it isn't please try downloading the file again to a different folder on your harddrive.

Most people who have a problem with pdf books generally usually find that the problem is resolved simply by uninstalling their current Adobe Reader software, restarting their computer and then going to
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html to get the latest Adobe reader version.

The ebook will not print at normal size

To print the ebook at normal full size, under page scaling (in the print options window) select 'Fit to Printer Margins.'

We own the copyright to the majority of the products sold on our site as the publisher and creator in digital format, and all distribution and resale rights remain solely with us.
In those products where we are not the creator and copyright holder we have been granted resale and distribution rights and are fully entitled to sell them to our customers.
Most of the products we sell DO NOT come with resell rights for the purchaser. If resale rights are included it will say so in the item description.

Payment and Delivery

We use Paypal to securely process any instant online payments (credit card, debit card, paypal, echeck etc.).

We can also accept postal payment by UK pounds cheque / postal order if you would prefer to pay in that way. Please email your order details and wait for confirmation before sending any payment to us.

Can my order be posted to me on CD-Rom?

Yes. For an additional £2.95 we can put your order on to PC CD-Rom. A file size for each product we sell is specified in its description - we can put multiple products with a total file size of up to 600mb per cd-rom.
